On 1 Oct 2021: Transfer of EENet to the Ministry of Education and Research of Estonia
On 1 October 2021 the Ministry of Education and Research and the Education and Youth Board (Haridus- ja Noorteamet, Harno) transferred the Technology Management Department of Harno, including the Estonian Education and Research Network EENet, to the Ministry of Education and Research.
The Estonian Education and Research Network EENet operates as a subunit of the Technology Management Department of the Ministry of Education and Research.
The activities are transferred and continue without substantive changes. The transfer is governed by legal rules regulating the transfer of an enterprise (Law of Obligations Act §§ 180-185).
