eduroam stands for Education Roaming and is a federation of institutions offering Internet connectivity to users from all participating institutions through a RADIUS server hierarchy system.
Originally a European cooperation, eduroam has now transformed into a global infrastructure with members all over the world.

Information for Users
In order to use eduroam for access to Internet,
- your home institution must be connected to eduroam;
- the institution being visited must be connected to eduroam - availability of eduroam: https://monitor.eduroam.org/map_service_loc.php);
- in your laptop/device software for SSID: eduroam is needed - check with the IT-department of your home institution.
