Summary of the user survey 2015
577 technical contacts of the education, research and cultural organisations participated in the EENet user survey 2015.
The respondents gave mostly good or very good estimation to the quality of EENet services. Most highly valued were the certificates service and the .ee domain registration service.
The most needed from the 17 EENet services by the respondents were registration of academic domain names, web hosting service
Internet connectivity, email service and .ee domain registration. These were followed by live broadcasts from nature, instructions on the free software (Kuutõrvaja) and mailing lists in EENet server.
Valuable feedback and suggestions for changes were given about almost all the EENet services.
