The new Moontarrer has been launched!

EENet has launched the new dynamic web learning materials environment Kuutõrvaja (Moontarrer) (http://kuutorvaja.eenet.ee/), containing manuals in Estonian about software (especially Linux and other freeware) and the  Internet. The new Moontarrer is a wiki-based webpage, where users can add texts and edit them.
