HAVIKE - A New Web-Service For Estonian Educational Community
| In February 2008 EENet launched a new easy-to-use web-service HAVIKE - the Virtual Environment for Education. The purpose of HAVIKE is to offer a variety of free software suitable for educational use and to promote applications made in Estonia or adapted for the Estonian users. |

HAVIKE is a free-of-charge service designed to meet the needs of educational, cultural and scientific institutions and projects.
The control panel of the HAVIKE-environment enables even the inexpert users to install different web applications such as Joomla! for content management, MediaWiki for cooperative writing and Moodle as an e-learning environment.
In the future, EENet intends to increase the number of available webapps.
