During GÉANT General Assembly (GA) meeting held at GÉANT’s Amsterdam office on November 21, 2019, attendees voted for three open GÉANT Board positions. Kristina Lillemets, manager of HITSA's infrastructure has been appointed to the GÉANT Board of Directors​.

Chair of the GÉANT Board Christian Grimm of DFN commented: “I congratulate and warmly welcome the newly and re-elected members of the GÉANT Board, and look forward to continued and constructive collaboration over the next years during this exciting period of growth for GÉANT.”
