EENet offers services like broadband connection and Grid computing to Estonian education and research institutions.
Computing and data storage resources needed for complex research have been made available to the Estonian scientists as a part of the Estonian Scientific Computing Infrastructure (ETAIS) project. An online portal was developed in 2013 to facilitate simple access to the resources and create opportunities for their cross-use for the partners through the TAAT platform. The partners are the University of Tartu, Tallinn University of Technology and the National Institute of Chemical Physics and Biophysics (KBFI).
The central services of Estonian Scientific Computing infrastructure (ETAIS) and Estonian Grid (Estonian NGI), EENet's computing and storage resources are managed by the Services Department of EENet.
